The conditions of the targeted region for the project are examined and the needs in the field are determined with the operational team and engineers. While at the proposal stage, pricing is made by creating the foundations of the static project in the light of the ground survey values, current specifications and earthquake regulations.
The most important step of the project determined at the proposal stage starts here. In the process carried out with engineers and technical teams, the static calculation of prefabricated building elements is supported by globally accepted drawing programs such as SAP2000, SAFE ETAS.
The prefabricated elements, which are produced and whose quality control has been completed, are loaded onto the vehicles in accordance with the necessary safety measures in order of assembly to be transported to the construction sites in accordance with the specifications after reaching the prescribed concrete strength.
The foundation construction, which is carried out in accordance with the projects, is made ready for installation with the necessary axle and elevation controls. Starting from the columns, the installation of façade panels, beams, and floors in turn is carried out by the assembly teams in accordance with the installation details with the help of mobile cranes of various capacities.
